Iconic Outdoor Design is an independent 3D design studio. Nearly a decade in the pool industry, designing, selling, and building, with over a thousand backyards walked. We know what drives cost, what a site will allow, and where the money is worth spending. We are not bidding your job, so the design answers to you and nothing else. The Process

  • We start with a conversation. Your property, your budget, how you want to use the space.

  • We design it. You see the finished backyard before anyone digs, and we revise until it is right.

  • You take it to bid. Same plan, same specs, same scope to every builder.

  • We can point you to ours. If we work with a builder in your market, we are happy to introduce you. Regardless who you use to build, we are happy to review their quote to help educate you.

What We Deliver To You

  • Lifelike 3D renderings of your finished backyard, from multiple angles.

  • A walk-through video of the finalized concept.

  • A dimensioned concept layout builders can price from — so you get informed numbers instead of guesswork, and know quickly which builder is the right fit.

We provide design concepts, not construction documents. Your builder still handles engineering, permitting, and site evaluation, and final pricing will vary based on their approach and your site.
