Backyards That Close the Deal

Iconic Outdoor Design is a 3D outdoor design studio. We work exclusively with luxury pool builders, and we come from your side of the business. Nearly a decade designing, selling, and building, with over a thousand backyards walked. Wild customer requests, awkward grades, odd lot lines. Very little surprises us anymore. Founded by a PHTA Certified Building Professional, we handle the design so you can handle the client and the build.

How We Work

  • You send us the project. Site photos, measurements, survey, elevation readings, and whatever the client has told you they want.

  • We design it. First concept back in 3 to 10 business days. Project turnaround times are always pending the scope of each particular project. Before we accept and begin any project, we’ll let you know a timeline.

  • You present it. Renderings, walk-through video, and a layout plan, delivered ready to put in front of your client.

  • You build it. The design is yours. We are not on the job site and we are not talking to your client unless you want us there.

Exclusivity

One builder per market.

We keep our circle small on purpose. We partner with a handful of top-notch builders across the country and give every design request the attention it deserves. Our goal is a long-term relationship with a single builder in your market, and that exclusivity is yours as long as we are working together.

Homeowners in your market come to us. We send them to you.

We also work directly with homeowners who want a plan before they start collecting bids. If we have an established builder relationship in their area, that builder gets a chance to bid the project.
